Oman Air upgrades to
Aerobytes'
Flight Data Monitoring software
Aerobytes is delighted
to announce that Oman Air, the national carrier of the
Sultanate of Oman, has upgraded to
Aerobytes' Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) software to
monitor its fleet of B737, A330, E175 and ATR42 aircraft
flying on routes to Europe, Africa and Asia and around
the Middle East.
Oman Air, based in Muscat, monitors a fleet of 26
aircraft and uses Aerobytes to monitor safety as well as
efficiency. |

Oman Air had been using a competing
product for several years and wanted to increase their
productivity while integrating FDM effectively into their
SMS system. Oman Air uses Q-Pulse from Gael to manage its
SMS system.
Aerobytes unique integration capability means
that safety data stored in different databases can now be
linked together. Not only does this make sense and help the
workflow but it also means a large amount of time is saved.
