Skyservice is an experienced user of FDM data and had a firm idea of what they required from FDM software when they brought the project in-house. VP of Flight Operations, Captain Bob Kudwa, commented "Ease of use, reliability and excellent reputation for support were some of the reasons we chose Aerobytes. We also like how the Aerobytes software puts the focus on corrective actions and positive change."

Based in Toronto, Canada, Skyservice operates a fleet of B757s and A320s from several Canadian bases to destinations in the Caribbean, Mexico and Europe. They also operate on behalf of other airlines in the UK, Ireland and France.

Skyservice will also benefit from another unique feature of Aerobytes' FDM software:- the ability to integrate with their SMS software and link pieces of safety information that previously were not connected. Flight Safety Officer, Captain Jeff Oliver said, "With Aerobytes and SMS software (AQD) integrated we aim to take safety management to the next level.
