Do you support helicopters?
Yes! Aerobytes fully supports rotary-wing operations. We work with some of the world’s largest helicopter operators across offshore transport, search & rescue, military, and VIP aviation.

What about corporate aircraft?
Absolutely. Aerobytes is optimized to reflect the specific demands of corporate aviation—such as circling approaches and diverse operational profiles. Our system minimizes false alerts, so you can focus on what truly matters.

Which other aircraft types does Aerobytes support?
Aerobytes supports a wide range of fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. Systems are currently configured for:

  • Fixed Wing: Airbus (including A220, A350, A380, NEO), ATR, Avro RJ, BAe, Beechcraft, Boeing (all models including B787), Bombardier, Cessna, Dassault Falcon, DHC, Dornier, Embraer, Fokker, Gulfstream, Hawker, Lockheed, McDonnell Douglas, Pilatus, and Saab.
  • Rotary Wing: Agusta Westland, Airbus/Eurocopter, Bell, Boeing (Chinook), and Sikorsky helicopters.

If your aircraft type isn’t listed, no problem—we can quickly configure new types upon request.

Does the software support wireless QARs?
Yes. Aerobytes has supported wireless Quick Access Recorder (QAR) downloads since 2005. This technology has proven to be stable and reliable across a wide variety of fleets.

Is 3D animation included in the system?
It is! Aerobytes features built-in, fully synchronized 3D animation—at no additional cost. This allows for immediate visualizations of flight paths. Plus, we support exporting to third-party animation tools if required. (Powered by Cesium & Bing Maps.)

Another company offers FDM services using Aerobytes—why is that?
That’s correct. Eight companies globally use Aerobytes as the foundation for their own FDM services and consultancy. It’s a strong testament to the maturity, flexibility, and reliability of the Aerobytes platform.
